How credits work
Credits pay for new transcriptions; longer reels use more. Opening a transcript that already exists costs nothing, failed ones are refunded, and credits reset monthly without rolling over.

Questions
Is there a free trial?
There are no trials. The Free plan is free for as long as you like, so you can try ViralWise before you pay.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for new transcriptions. Longer reels use more credits. Opening a transcript that already exists costs nothing, failed transcriptions are refunded, and credits reset monthly without rolling over.
What counts as a profile scan?
Pressing Scan on a creator's Reels tab to build their full report. Badges on reels you're simply browsing don't use scans.

Yes. Cancel from Billing in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
Who handles payments?
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. They process the payment and handle taxes; we never see your card details.
Do you charge in rupees?
Yes. Customers in India see and pay prices in Indian rupees (₹); everyone else pays in US dollars. The pricing page picks your currency from your country, and you can switch it yourself.
Can limits change?
We may adjust plan limits for fair use. Prices change only with notice to subscribers.
